THANK YOU!

Lucas Lines, Shea Corkery and Quinn Ranjo delivered a check for $7,030 to Sharefest, Inc on June 16, 2021.

These three formed Team Triple E at the start of the pandemic and exhibited incredible selflessness and courage at a time filled with uncertainty and fear. Rather than turning away, Lucas, Shea and Quinn focused on serving their peers from neighboring and under-resourced South Bay communities. AND THEY NEVER BACKED DOWN on their commitment to serve others. These contributions will fund a transformative mentoring program to support high school graduates navigate through higher education and vocational programs, which will help them pave the way to a more secure future for themselves and their families.

Quinn, Shea and Lucas officially launched their fundraising campaign to support Sharefest Inc on September 15, 2020 with the goal of raising $4,500 to help their peers from neighboring South Bay communities to graduate from high school and gain access to higher education and a better future. On March 17, 2021, Team Triple E met their campaign target and unanimously agreed to increase their fundraising goal to $6,000 after learning that Sharefest lost more than $200,000 in revenue due to COVID. We invite you to join our campaign by making your pledge and donation today.

ABOUT US...

Lucas Lines, Shea Corkery and Quinn Ranjo came together with a like-mindedness to better their local communities. After months of reflecting on our privilege and responsibility to the larger community and exploring the needs in our local South Bay communities, Lucas, Shea and Quinn formed Team Triple E, which reflects our vision and heart to support Empowerment, Equity and Education. Our goal is simple:

To increase opportunities and to create pathways to higher education and financially stable futures for underserved and underresourced youth.

Team EEE unanimously partnered with Sharefest Inc after meeting with Chad Mayor, the Executive Director, and learning about the major financial barriers they are facing due to adverse effects of COVID-19.

OUR VISION AND GOAL...

The financial impact of COVID-19 has taken a tremendous financial toll and adversely impacted our peers from San Pedro, South Gate, Gardena, Wilmington, and Harbor City. Many of our peers are disproportionately students of color who are suffering from poverty.

Our goal is to raise $4,500 to ensure that our peers have access to:

  • Basic necessities, like hygiene products and soap

  • Meals and groceries

  • Internet access

  • School supplies

  • Transportation/Bus fare

Please join us to fight a worthy cause to create great futures for young minds.
