ABOUT
Meet Our Founder
Fonda Tokushige, LCSW founded The TBH Movement in 2015 originally to teach high school youth about global citizenship and philanthropy and later established 501(c)(3) status in 2018. Over the course of 6 years, Fonda mentored 15 high school students through 4 youth work groups (or cohorts), ultimately raising over $20,000 to benefit local non-profits serving Los Angeles’s most vulnerable communities
Since 2022 The TBH Movement has evolved into three major programs: (1) a grantmaking nonprofit, (2) Dinner and A Chat and (3) The TBH Collaborative. Each of these programs aims to strengthen our local communities through community engagement.
Fonda is a licensed clinical social worker and practicing psychotherapist serving individuals and families across the US and internationally. Fonda is also the founder of TeugByeolHan Therapy and Life Coaching Services.
What Does TBH Stand For?
