Dinner and A Chat aims to create third spaces for life-long learners, inspire dialogue, and promote health and well-being all while enjoying a good meal with excellent company.
Menopause, ADHD, and Womanhood:
The Regenerative Years
What do you get when you bring 2 psychiatrists + 1 psychologist who specialize in menopause, ADHD and womanhood together? A great conversation you can't miss!
Menopause is an inevitable biological phase for all women. This season of life is marked by many changes in a woman's life, and the hallmark complaint is, "I don't feel like myself." This chat provides education on the biological changes that start to happen in perimenopause, addresses metabolic changes that impact weight and alcohol use, and offers an overview of medication and non-medication treatments. As a collective learning community, our goal is to inform ourselves and start to shift the narrative about aging.
Come out and join us for a night with delicious food and great company!
Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
